The Official Site of the Langley Research & Development Business Park Association
Located just outside NASA/Langley's southern gate and just one mile from Interstate 64, the 150 acre business park is an ideal location for firms engaged in research and development and defense contractor activities. The Park currently encompasses approximately 530,000 sf of flex/office/warehouse/lab space.
The Park evolved as a core business center around the mid 1960's with Advex Corp as one of the first NASA Langley contractors to locate there. The main roadways surrounding and intersecting the Park are Magruder Boulevard, Floyd Thompson, Research Drive, Basil Sawyer Drive and Armistead Avenue.
The Park is located within the Virginia Enterprise Zone.
ANNOUNCEMENT - PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing regarding rezoning of a property in the business park will be held on May 18th at 3:30pm at City Hall, Council Chambers, 22 Lincoln Street, 8th Floor, Hampton, VA 23666. Details HERE.
